“I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, attended school there, and went to college in Manhattan, so I have always had an affinity with the New York,” she says.

“Initially, I was drawn to journalism; however, during my college internships in the entertainment industry, I realized my true passion was real estate.”

Despite starting her career in New York City’s real estate without a license or extensive knowledge, Racquel quickly made an impact with her determination. 

She emphasizes the importance of integrity, expertise, client-first approach, and intentional leadership, stating, “My focus has always been on providing clients with everything they need, first and foremost.”

Racquel also highlights the significance of understanding both the market and the people involved in the transactions, revealing, “In this industry, success comes from understanding not just the market but also the people behind every transaction.”

Her approach to operations management combines traditional business practices with appropriate technology to stay ahead, crucial for client support. This strategy was pivotal in her role in assisting with the launch Trove Partners, where she was instrumental in various aspects, from brainstorming to ensuring legal compliance and brand rollout.

As a key player at Trove, Racquel manages a wide range of tasks, from overseeing transactions and advising team members on deals to handling operations, boosting employee productivity, and liaising with clients and vendors. She also contributes significantly to the company’s strategic discussions.
