Best new smartphones for 2022

You might believe that selecting a new phone is a very simple choice.

used iPhones for the past ten years? Get the newest iPhone, that’s all. Want to buy a good kamera ne shitje on a budget? Ok, take the newest Pixel from Google.

Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, it’s no longer as simple as all that. To begin with, even if you only wanted the new iPhone, Apple now offers four distinct versions for you to select from.

Although historically people who didn’t want to play in Apple’s walled garden would choose a Samsung smartphone, this year there are a number of respectable competitors fighting for your pocket space.

Finally, purchasing a smartphone these days involves more than just the phone. Watches, tablets, headphones, and other accessories are being added by manufacturers to their products, and these additions play a significant role in the purchasing decision.

Of course, we should all make an effort to avoid updating our phones too soon, and current market patterns appear to support this.

However, if you need to replace an outdated phone that has suffered a few too many drops, here are some of the top smartphones you can purchase in 2022.

iPhone 13

There is no escaping the truth that an iPhone is the best phone for the majority of users.

Apple’s most recent mid-range gadget lacks the flashy features of the ‘Pro’ variants but also lacks the corresponding price. By choosing an iPhone, you’ll have access to applications, software upgrades, and accessories that the Android crowd cannot match.

Should you so want, you may also integrate this phone with Apple’s ecosystem by connecting it with AirPods or an Apple Watch.

OnePlus 10 Pro

The OnePlus and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra are neck and neck for the title of greatest Android phone.

In the end, though, the OnePlus 10 is £150 less expensive for the base model while still packing many of the same specifications as Samsung’s offering. You’ll receive a 6.7-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 8GB of RAM, 120GB of storage, and a triple camera system on the back that is recommended.

While it’s wonderful that OnePlus doesn’t make many changes to Android, it does include a few very helpful features. A tactile slider on the side of the phone may be used to mute it, and an 80W charging brick is included in the box.

Asus ROG Phone 5 – the best gaming phone

It will catch attention if you take the Asus ROG Phone 5 out of your pocket to play a fast game on your phone. It has a large screen, RGB lighting that can be controlled, and a second display on the rear panel.

Dual front-facing speakers are included, along with a 3.5mm headphone port, a 6,000mAh battery, and the incredibly potent Snapdragon 888 CPU, whose maximum specification includes 16GB of RAM. Even two more shoulder buttons that may be assigned to supported games are available.

The ROG Phone 5’s cameras aren’t as good as those of the other phones on our list, thus it’s not a terrific phone all around. But it provides users with a smartphone gaming experience that is unmatched.

Google Pixel 6 Pro

The phone’s camera hardware is located in that black bar across the back of the device.

The most recent Google Pixel phone continues to receive plaudits for its photographic abilities.

The Pixel 6 Pro consistently takes some of the greatest photos we’ve ever seen from a phone by relying more on Google’s software expertise than just packing a load of hardware into a phone.

The device’s 50-megapixel primary sensor is hidden behind an f/1.85 aperture lens with optical image stabilization in the large black bar on the rear. A 12-megapixel ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 lens and a 114-degree field of view is placed right next to it. A 4x telephoto lens is also included for zoom pictures.
