Starting in the summer of 2019, SiaVa AcadEmy was launched for making a skilful impact in the IT sector. In India, every year, there are millions of students who do have a Bachelor of Technology degree in their hands but do not have offers to pick from. Hence, it does create several problems in making sure that the best candidates should join top MNCs.
Top IT companies have millions of job openings; however, not matching exact skills do play a major impact between them not getting quality output.
